Community Portfolio Manager
We are looking for a seasoned Community Portfolio Manager with at least 3 years' experience managing condominiums and homeowner associations.
Our company was the 1st dedicated Community Management Company in Baltimore and has established a company culture of caring and serving our clients with our quality of services and attention to details. Manager will have a private assistant and access to extra clerical help.

Responsibilities
• Manage a portfolio of condominiums and homeowner associations within the Baltimore Metro area.
• Establish working relationships with clients, oversee and work with a private assistant
• Monitor and handle the overall daily operations of each property.
• Have a 4-day work week, attend monthly evening meetings as required by portfolio.
• Work with a Board of Director from each property, follow-up on contractors and review monthly financial statement.
Qualifications
• AA degree or higher preferred
• 3+ years managing a diverse portfolio
• Strong computer, written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and customer skills
• Community Association Institute designation preferred
• Familiar with multi-family and condominium management
