Even worse, renters are often unaware of the rules and regulations that govern the community: landscaping requirements; the number of vehicles one can have on the property; pet policies—the list goes on. What’s more, without a dedicated landlord to oversee these properties, there’s a greater risk of something going wrong.

That’s where we come in. Working closely with the HOA or condo board, we’ll make sure that your rental units are properly cared for (we even arrange inspections). We can be the liaison between you, the board and the renters: communicating any changes in policy; educating them on the ins and outs of community living; and—most important of all—making sure they follow the guidelines.
